Guest 360 is the data model that powers personalisation and loyalty. Without it, a guest's second stay starts at zero — no recognition, no preferences carried forward, no continuity. With it, reception sees that this guest stayed twice before, prefers high floors, has a gluten-free diet, and complained about noise last time (now resolved). The model lives in a CRM or PMS-with-CRM-features. It pulls from booking data (PMS), guest portal interactions (Guestivo or similar), sentiment from chat, and NPS from post-stay surveys. GDPR considerations: every field in the 360 profile is personal data. Lawful basis matters — preferences are usually "legitimate interest" (improving service); marketing data needs explicit consent; sensitive data (health, dietary if linked to religion) needs special grounds.
