Each how-to is written for an operational rollout: what to configure, who needs to be involved, what to test, and which metrics to review after launch. Start with the workflow that currently creates the most repeated work for reception, housekeeping, F&B, or reservations.

Before you start

  • confirm which PMS, payment, messaging, and access-control systems are part of the process
  • choose a small pilot group before changing every room or every reservation
