Guestivo for Mews Users

You already have a modern PMS. Add the guest experience layer Mews doesn't ship: QR-launched room service with a built-in kitchen display system, multi-language AI concierge, and a guest portal that captures revenue Mews leaves on the table.

Visit Mews

Who this is for

  • Hotels already running Mews as their PMS
  • Properties with a restaurant or kitchen where Mews + a separate F&B tool feels stitched-together
  • Mews users wanting AI concierge without going through Mews Marketplace add-on procurement
  • Hotels with international guests where Mews' messaging doesn't cover every guest language you need

What Mews already does well

Cloud-native PMS architecture

Mews is one of the strongest modern PMSes — clean API, mature Marketplace, payments built in. Keep using it.

Distribution and channel management

Mews handles distribution and rate management well. Guestivo doesn't replace this.

Mews Payments + open API

Mews' payment infrastructure is solid. Guestivo's guest-side payments can complement, not replace, it.

What Guestivo adds on top

QR-launched room service with built-in KDS

Guests scan a QR code in the room and order F&B. Orders flow to a touch-optimised kitchen display, not a printer or a third-party tool. No Marketplace stitching.

Multilingual AI concierge, included

Handles guest questions 24/7 in English, Polish, German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Chinese, Ukrainian. No separate AI add-on procurement.

Unified guest portal beyond messaging

Mews messaging is messages. Guestivo's portal handles room service, requests, live chat, late checkout, transfer booking, hotel guide — all in one QR-launched flow.

Sentiment analysis on live chat

Real-time detection of negative emotion in guest messages, so reception intervenes before a 1-star review lands.

Integration

Guestivo does not present Mews as a prebuilt public connector today. Mews is a priority PMS connector because of Mews Connect: during onboarding we confirm API access, map reservation and folio requirements, and scope what should sync. Apaleo is the current reference PMS integration, and the provider-neutral PMS architecture is intended to carry over to Mews.

Pricing

From €4 per room per month for Guestivo, on top of your existing Mews subscription. A 50-room hotel pays around €200 / month for the full Guestivo layer.

Frequently asked questions

No. Mews stays as your PMS. Guestivo adds the guest experience layer that Mews doesn't ship in-box — F&B ordering, KDS, AI concierge, sentiment analysis.

The Mews connector is scoped during onboarding. We confirm Mews Connect access, then define reservation sync, folio posting, and webhook events for your property. Apaleo remains the reference implementation until Mews is shipped as a repeatable connector.

Common entry point: deploy Guestivo for F&B + KDS in the restaurant first, then expand to the full guest portal once the team is comfortable. Any Mews connector work can be phased around the workflows you actually need.

Mews Marketplace has F&B partners and AI concierge partners that already connect to Mews. Guestivo's pitch is depth and unification: one platform for F&B + KDS + AI concierge + housekeeping + online check-in, with one bill, instead of stitching 3-4 Marketplace add-ons with separate vendors and contracts.

No. Guestivo is designed to sit beside your PMS through scoped API access, not replace your Mews configuration, reservations, or core PMS workflows.
