Integration
Guestivo does not present KWHotel as a prebuilt public connector today. KWHotel is a practical Polish PMS target because KWHotel Pro exposes API paths and KWHotel Desktop can often export scheduled CSV data. During onboarding we confirm the available access method, map reservation and registration needs, and scope what should sync. Apaleo is the current reference PMS integration.
Pricing
From 16 PLN per pokój per month for Guestivo, on top of your existing KWHotel subscription. A 20-room hotel pays around 320 PLN / month for the full Guestivo layer.

KWHotel connector work is scoped during onboarding. For KWHotel Pro we first confirm API access; for KWHotel Desktop we confirm whether scheduled CSV exchange is sufficient. Only then do we define reservation and registration-data sync for your property.
Yes. Online check-in can collect the data required for meldunkowy reporting. Whether that record is written back automatically or exported for staff depends on the scoped KWHotel access path.
